It is with great sadness that here at Spedeworth Motorsports we have to announce the passing of Bob Dugard.

Bob Dugard and his family have owned Arlington Stadium for many years and when we purchased Spedeworth International Southern Ltd from Mark Eaton we had the pleasure of building a working relationship with Bob and his family which we are both pleased to say turned into a long standing friendship.

We have many years of fond memories with Bob and he will be remembered in our hearts forever.

It is hard to put into words what you want to say at times like this but our thoughts and prayers are with Bob’s family at this time.

Bob was a business man who paved the way for speedway at Arlington Stadium and was always supportive of our stock car events come rain or shine but behind the business man persona was a true gentleman who was always there to offer his help and support throughout the years.

Bob will be missed by all of us at Spedeworth Motorsports and once the family have given us the funeral details we will announce them via the website to give everyone the opportunity to pay their respects to a man who will be missed.
