Shaun Taylor follows up his maiden National Hot Rod win at Northampton a few weeks ago with victory in the first race of the evening.

Heat Two

Another recent race winner takes the second heat as 734 Ralph Sanders fends off a strong challenge from James O'Shea in the 74 car to cross the line first; but it comes to no avail as he falls foul of the scales. 74 inherits the win.

Shaun doubles up as he narrowly beats Gavin Taber to the line! Can he make it a hat trick in the final?

A cracking final with several cars parked long before the end of the 35 laps! Danny Hunn 339 was one of those who sustained damage in an incident involving the 874 car. Out front, Gavin Taber was leading from Terry Hunn in the 39 car. The gap did reduce as the laps wound down but the 555 pilot did enough to take the win from 39 and double heat winner 152.

A fine win for Sarah Cooper who has certainly found race winning consistency in the past year.

Heat Two

Paul Langridge follows up his heat win at Yarmouth last week with victory in heat two tonight. Heat One winner Sarah Cooper looked like doubling her win tally until the yellow flags came out due to brother Jason hitting the fence hard on turn one in his new car!

East Anglian Championship
