Unlucky for 194 Abbie Anscombe who leads for most of the way only for Charlie Lobb to pick the better route past a back marker, and Charlie takes an excellent win, and a fast drive from the back for Tyler Proudlock into 2nd.

National Bangers

26 cars for heat 1 with a few delayed and hopefully with us later! Welland wins by a street with a good battle between the next 3 for the lower places.

Heat 2 - 204 Charlie King, 331, 27, 264, 528, 294, 130, 456, 61, 757.

Charlie King away and green for heat 2 and he takes the win, a great battle between Boxer Jack and Dale Hughes for 2nd place, the highlight though was a succession of big hits on turn 4 involving the Sowter brothers in their Carlton Limo + Hearse, plus Shane Lines, Carl Fleming Marty Eighteen + Lewis Barber who all piled in!

13 cars for the last event, it's short sharp and violent from the National Banger boys with Boxer Jack outlasting National Hot Rod driver 199 Scott Bourne to take the win!

2.0 Stock Cars

25 2.0 Stock Cars for heat 1 and just about enough left at the end to get our 10 places, and a win for Bobby Davis Jnr.

Heat 2 - 532 Bobby Davis Jnr, 41, 305, 229, 7, 33, 29, 306, 77, 757.

A good heat double for Bobby Davis Jnr who looks good for the hat-trick from blue grade, also two 2nd places for 41 Joe Parker!

Final - 305 Billy Wood, 41 Joe Parker, 29 George Morphey, 33, 61, 229, 556, 245, 7, 492.

23 cars on track for the Final, an early stoppage after a big crash for 757 David Beldom who shakes out the cobwebs and is OK! From the restart there's action all over the track, 79 Curt Robinson leads but gets taken out by 490 Matt Sole, and it's Billy Wood who takes the win!

Lightning Rods

Still very wet conditions but the drivers coped well with the conditions, Mark Cooper Jnr continuing his good form in his new formula with the win.

Heat 2 - 346 Andy Brown, 22, 359, 730, 636, 314, 781, 339, 452, 633.

Andy Brown holds on to win under pressure from 359 Geoff Bowen and a late charge from Cooper the first race winner.

Final - 359 Geoff Bowen, 452 Adam Eyles, 22 Mark Cooper Jnr, 781, 636, 339, 503, 346, 355, 314.

A final win for 359 Geoff Bowen with a steady drive!
