Today's racing features the 1300 Stock Cars in their Southern Championship with the newly crowned English Champion 23 Lee Pearce in attendance. The Superstox are here in good numbers as are the Ninja Karts and the Junior Bangers round off a great four formula event.

Josh Dodge wins the first race by a handsome margin from the on-form George Baker to take his first victory in his smart new car.

Heat Two

Another good race from the Ninja Karts saw Jenkins take the win with Lobb finishing second yet again!

George Baker demonstrates his pace around the Aldershot Raceway once again as he takes another win!

Final

Jenkins makes it a race winning double as he takes the chequered flag in an entertaining final.

Junior Bangers

Heat One

Junior Rod driver Tyler Wilkin takes the first won of the day in the Junior Bangers with Joe Reynolds in second place. Reynolds certainly put himself about a bit in this one spinning several cars out! Will that come back to haunt him later today!

Another entertaining race from the youngsters saw 'Little Beach' Jack Ansell take the win.

Superstox

Heat One

A controversial conclusion to heat one saw Jason Cooper removed from the results having crossed the line first due to an undeclared tyre - putting and end to his day. Ben Styles was next across the line but docked two places for jumping the restart following a caution for the stranded James Meadows. Ben Munford takes the win!

Another awesome demonstration from the Superstox with cars spinning everywhere as the bumpers flew in! Ben Styles makes up for his earlier misdemeanor to take a great win from white grade.

Final
176 Alex Meadows, 58 Luke Hamilton, 233 Ben Munford, 186, 511, 17, 276, 419, 67, 369.

A sensational race from the Superstox saw a delighted Alex Meadows take the win. Long time leader Styles clipped the market tyres which saw 58 and 176 take up the running with Meadows coming out on top. A tremendous battle for third between 7, 186 and 233 saw Heat One winner Munford taking the last podium spot. A great day's racing from the supers!

1300 Stock Cars

Heat One

A cracking race which saw British Champion Beldom take the win in his brand new Corsa. There was action everywhere as we build towards the Southern Championship later in the day!

Heat Two
374 Lee Palmer, 23, 79, 686, 53, 463, 71, 183, 415, 514.

An absolutely fantastic race saw Lee 'Paddy' Palmer take the win as the 1300 Stock Cars put on a great show. A clash between 23 Pearce and 40 Marten saw the European Champion pushed onto the infield. Will this clash see any repercussions in the Southern Championship?

Southern Championship Final
183 Ryan Jordan, 686 Pete Beldom. 71 Steve O'Dell, 463, 39, 40, 171, 374, 78, 713.

A fast and furious race saw a controversial finish as Trevor Sloggett took the chequered flag in the championship race - only to be disqualified for failing the rule on ride height! This elevated Ryan Jordan to first place to take his first title in the 1300 Stock Cars! Lee Pearce was alo removed from the result for the same infringement as Sloggett.
