Please find below bullet point information to aid with your camping at Mildenhall Stadium this weekend:-
• We’re asking everyone kindly when arriving for camping to camp on the left-hand side of the lane as you pull into field through the gate.
• Please start camping in a line and not in random areas.
• If our staff arrive and you have pitched up the far end which is not our property you maybe asked to load your belongings and leave the premises.
• We are asking this respectfully so please adhere to the request otherwise this may either risk camping completely for next year or result in camping being charged to facilitate additional measures being implemented.
• All spectators MUST be on the left-hand side until that is filled up.
• Competitors will be on the right-hand side of the lane by where you enter the pit area through the field. This will be overflow for pits for the drivers. This does not mean drivers can go immediately there. This is for when the pits are full only.
• All rubbish is to be kept in bags and the areas kept clean and tidy at all times. Not when it’s notice by our staff. Last year the areas were left in a mess and if the same occurs this year further action will be taken against the necessary parties. A drone will be used so we can see where everyone is parked and this will be recorded for review.
• Please respect our neighbours. At a previous event people parked outside local residents houses and also left litter behind. This is not acceptable. The same with noise. No excessive noise in any area of the venue including the pits and camping areas. When racing finishes there is to be no engine noise, no music except in the stadium bar or any other noise.
• Let’s all have a fantastic weekend!
