Due to the horrendous weather conditions the UK has suffered over the past few months and with Northampton being no exception we have unfortunately had to make the decision to move the 2014 Heartbreaker to Birmingham Wheels Raceway still on Sunday 16th February.

This decision has not been taken lightly but we are unable to safely run this meeting at the Pr1mo International Raceway as the stadium and the field that is used for car parking have been flooded. We can clear the track but it is almost impossible to drain the pits as the fields we would normally use to do this are also currently flooded.

The field used for car parking is not accessible without vehicles getting stuck and we feel this is not a viable area to use and unfortunately there are no hard standing areas close to the raceway and the stadium car park was planned to be used as pits due to the superb amount of cars we have booked in to race.

We have looked at alternative dates for the Heartbreaker to remain at Pr1mo International Raceway but unfortunately we have not been able to find a suitable date without clashing with race meetings elsewhere.

Racing will still start at 1pm and the pits will be open from 9am. The postcode for Birmingham Wheels Raceway is B8 1AD (Landor Street).

At Birmingham Wheels Raceway we are adding extra entertainer awards to the meeting so there is even more to race for at the relocated 2014 Heartbreaker.

We would ask that all drivers please let us know ASAP if you are still able to race at Birmingham Wheels Raceway on Sunday 16th February instead of Pr1mo International Raceway, Northampton.
