This Sunday (24th August) the Jeff Woolford Memorial Meeting crashes its way into Aldershot Raceway after months of anticipation.

Racing will start at 1pm but before the first race the on-track action will fire up at 12.30pm with the ‘Old Boys’ Grand Parade.

The Grand Parade will give everyone a chance to see these ‘Old Boys’ with their smart cars and who knows even some rare cars all gleaming before the first race when the smash and crash action will commence.

Spedeworth / Incarace would like to take this opportunity to let all the ‘Old Boys’ drivers know that for the Grand Parade a mechanic will be required to driver your car and along with yourself MUST be wearing overalls.

Please note that only the mechanic driving the car and the driver will be allowed in the car for the Grand Parade.

When you sign-on at the pit office you will be given your admission passes and pit passes. You and your mechanic will BOTH need your ADMISSION PASSES to be allowed entry onto the track for the Grand Parade so please make sure you have these before leaving your pit space and driving up to the track.

Drivers you will also need the ADMISSION PASS when lining up to race to gain entry onto the oval.

The pit gates will open at 10am and please park where you are asked to by the Pit Marshals. Once parked in the pits please go straight to the Pit Office to sign-on and then the Scrutineers will be coming around the pits to complete a Safety Check on your car before you will be permitted to race.

A reminder to everyone who enters the pit area that there is a strict NO Smoking permitted within the pit area.
