Following the disappearance of Josh we currently have a job opportunity available for an enthusiastic person to come and join our team.

The position is based at Aldershot HQ and you will need your own transport.

Working hours required are 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Skills required:-

Good organisational skills a must.

Windows – Office 2007(or more recent) – Word/Excel – previous.

A good range of computer skills and knowledge including the use of databases.

Internet competent and able to perform a variety of social media based tasks.

We run a busy office promoting motor racing at eight stadiums across our Spedeworth / Incarace family plus assisting with joint efforts with our associated tracks.

You will be required to assist in a wide range of administrative tasks including various aspects of meeting preparations and dealing with the paperwork when it returns from the race tracks.

The position also includes answering general telephone enquiries and general administration and secretarial back up to for the Company Directors, Stadium Managers & Racing Managers.

It’s a busy position, but lots of fun, and very varied.
