Before we get onto the business of this coming Sundays mouth – watering Triple London Championship meeting at Wimbledon, we had a double London Championship last Sunday with Round 1 of the Brand new Banger Goldrush Series to boot too!

Spedeworth / Incarace would like to congratulate reigning Stock Rod multi – champion, #168 Andy Sturt on taking the 2016 Stock Rod London Championship, - from #212 John Smith second and #217 Joe Smith third – to add to Andy’s incredible form of 2015.

Meanwhile, the Lightning Rods also contested their 2016 London Championship and again it was an in – form Man in #591 Reid Murray who took the title from #50 Ben Murray second and #730 Mike Daniels third.

The Bangers Goldrush Series kicked off in fine form and it was reigning Peter Brown Yarmouth Banger Series Champ #442 Simon ‘Mungo’ Berry who made the trip down South from East Anglia worthwhile by taking the Goldrush/Wildcard event whilst #591 Aaron Morris took the ‘Dash 4 Cash’ on the night.

Once again well done to Andy Sturt, Reid Murray, Simon ‘Mungo’ Berry and Aaron Morris on their wins on another action packed night at the Plough Lane Oval.
