We were all very saddened to witness Tony Smith's accident at Wimbledon Sunday evening in Oval legends Heat 1 and have been waiting for official news of his situation.

Sources state he has a cracked vertebrae in his back and his Pelvis is cracked in two places and a severely bruised leg. Tony will be staying in ST George's Hospital until he is regains further mobility and we know our fellow Race Fans, Drivers and Officials will join us all at Spedeworth / Incarace in wishing Tony a full and speedy recovery and sincerely hope to see him at the Racetracks again soon.
