The 2017 Man Of The Midlands Championship at Hednesford Hills Raceway is less than two weeks away with the championship been contested at the annual fireworks spectacular event on Sunday 5th November 2017 starting at 3pm.

2017 will see the 9th running of the championship which started back in 2009!

Over the years many drivers have taken to the banked ¼ mile oval hoping to earn the title by battling their way through the field to be the first across the finishing line.

The Roll Of Honour for the Man Of The Midlands Championship is:-

2009: 150 Stuart Mears
2010: 999 Scott Hill
2011: 999 Scott Hill
2012: 290 Ryan Davies
2013: 181 Grant Doe
2014: 471 Trevor Perry
2015: 290 Ryan Davies
2016: 292 Paul Davies
2017: ???

So far #999 Scott Hill is the only driver to ‘do the double’ back to back but no one driver has secured a hat trick of wins.

#290 Ryan Davies has won the championship twice with brother Paul winning last year.
